Recognized as one ofthe world’s leading conceptual illustrators, Schmitz masterfully explores themes of work-lifebalance, modern life realities, and personal growth. His visually striking illustrations tell an entirestory through a single image, employing thoughtful, conceptual designs that leave a lasting impact.

A graduate of the prestigious Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Stephan Schmitz has garnered international acclaim for his work, which has been recognized by The Society of Illustrators, The Association of Illustrators, American Illustration, and the 3x3 Annual of Contemporary Illustration. In 2016, Lürzer's Archives honored him as one of the 200 best illustrators worldwide. Through digital artistry, Schmitz balances simplicity with depth, creating dynamic compositions that engage viewers and evoke powerful emotions. His illustrations have been featured by world-renowned publications, including The Economist, Science Magazine, Nature Magazine, Wired Magazine, The Guardian, Rolling Stone Magazine, and New Scientist, among many others.

Curated by the visionary Miao He, founder of the acclaimed HeLai Art Gallery, this exhibitionpromises an intimate and thought-provoking art experience.
