Join us for an energising yoga session with professional ballet dancer and VN Resident Inna Bilash, who will guide us through an inspiring yoga routine.
Ballet dancers incorporate various forms of training into their practice, including yoga, to enhance their performance. Inna believes that yoga is an excellent way to connect with oneself, build strength, and calm the mind. It teaches us to listen to our bodies and demonstrates the benefits of letting go.Inna was born and raised in Ukraine, where she discovered her passion for movement at a young age. She became a professional ballet dancer and spent over 14 years learning about the body through movements. Her dream is to help people understand their bodies and feel better every day.
