Ballet dancers' practice routine not only includes dance choreography but also training such as gym, pilates, and yoga. For Inna, Yoga is the perfect habit to connect with yourself, to give you power, and calm your mind. It teaches you to listen to your body and shows you how helpful can be ‘letting things go’
Inna was born and raised in Ukraine, and since her early years, she found joy in movement. Inna became a professional ballet dancer and for over 14 years of her career, she has been learning the body through the movements. Inna's dream is to help people to understand their bodies and help them feel better every day.
