Heck who doesn't like to snack whilst they're cooking - let's just make it a yummie thing tho.
The Golden Retruffle
White dog on soft brioche bun topped with umami herbs, shaved truffle, homemade aioli, eadable flowers and shaved, cured quail egg yolk for some extra gout, honey!
The Bluccheese Boxer
This number will smack you down with some big flavours! Wiedikerli dog wrapped in bacon tucked into soft brioche bun topped with naughty blue cheese, caramelized onions and garlic aioli. If you all eat it it won't matter LOL
The Chihuahuahuhua
The hottest dog on the block! And with that we mean SPICY! Home-made shrimp-pork dog on soft brioche bun topped with spicy asian cole slaw, sriracha mayonnaise, wasabi-peanut crunch and black sesame seeds.
The Guaccadoodle
The name says ist all: This Merguez dog was blessed with a slab of guacamole, aji verde sauce, nacho-crunch and cilantro greens packed into a soft home-made brioche bun.
Dessert
Homemade chocolate truffles with espresso on the side.
Plus a night full of Champagne!
